Tim co-founded Best Practice AI in 2018, to advise boards, executives, and investors on Al strategy, governance, and responsible deployment. He brings over a decade of machine learning experience and 25+ years in digital transformation, leading initiatives across commercial, campaigning and not-for-profit sectors. Previous roles include the Financial Times and Boston Consulting Group. Tim was Chief Executive of the Liberal Democrats and adviser to the UK's Deputy Prime Minister. He chairs AI tools development at Full Fact (UK fact-checking charity), co-founded the Digital Statecraft Academy, and co-hosts INSEAD's "Age of Intelligence" podcast. His AI commentary has appeared in the FT, Washington Post and Prospect.
